WSI’s Community Involvement
At WSI, we strive to be actively involved in cities all around the world. Our global presence gives us the ability to maintain our social responsibility across the numerous communities that need our help. The tenets of WSI’s community involvement revolve around the words of Mother Teresa: “It’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving.”
Make Child Poverty History
One of the primary ways WSI provides support to people in need is through our Make Child Poverty History program (MCPH). The MCPH organization is an ongoing global program that mobilizes resources and brings together individuals and organizations in an effort to eradicate child poverty. The initiative began when WSI board members decided it was time to take more active steps to end child poverty on a global scale. To find out more or get involved yourself, please visit the MCPH website or watch the video below.
Local Community Involvement
On a more local level, Jonny Buroker is a member of the Waunakee Rotary, as well as the Waunakee and Middleton WI Chambers of Commerce. Involvement in these organizations allow Jonny to give back to his community through his participation in projects that benefit others.
